Alpine Property Management is a property management company first and foremost. We provide management of residential income properties that are tailored to the preferences of the property owners. Our goal is to act as the eyes, ears, and hands of the property owner in Indianapolis. The following are aspects of our property management that we are particularly proud of:
- We provide real time updates of correspondences and interactions we have with the tenants using our state of the art PropertyTrack™ website.
- Our management team will consult with you as little or as frequently as you would like. For example, if you would like to be called on the phone to approve any repair over $20.00, then we would be happy to do that. On the other end of the spectrum, if you would like us to collect the rent, subtract management fees, subtract repairs that were made, and pay the mortgage for you, then we will do that for you also.
- When property owners collect rent, then Alpine Property Management collects the property management fee. When property owner's don't collect rent, then Alpine Property Management DOES NOT collect property management fees. Not only that, but when one of your rental units vacates, Alpine pays for all advertising and labor to re-rent the property (of course, the owner pays for nevessary repairs to the property.) In other words, empty rental units makes more work and less money for our property managers - they are just as motivated to find and keep good tenants as you are.
- We have a solid network of attorneys, leasing agents and handymen to help you with all aspects of owning your investment property. You, the property owner, will only deal with one property manager while we deal with contacting attorneys for notices of evictions, scheduling repairs with our crew, paying referral fees to leasing agents for finding good tenants, the list goes on and on.
